AI-generated videos are created automatically and may not always be accurate, appropriate, or expected
We do not guarantee the quality, originality, or suitability of generated results
Generated content does not represent our views or opinions
You use AI-generated content at your own discretion and risk.
5. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the App to:
Create or distribute illegal or misleading content
Impersonate others or misrepresent identity
Generate content that violates third-party rights
Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or abuse the App or its services
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if misuse is detected.
6. Third-Party Services
The App integrates third-party AI services, including Seedance 1.5 Pro, to provide video generation features.
We are not responsible for third-party services, platforms, or content, and your use of such services may be subject to their own terms and policies.

are owned by or licensed to KYLE HITSON INTERNATIONAL LIMITED and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any part of the App without prior written permission.

The App may display advertisements.
We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of third-party advertisements or offers shown within the App.
9. Termination
